1. The standard entry door is constructed by 6"x 2" jamb, 6" x 2"door style and 5/8" x 5/8" scroll work. Jamb and scroll works in other dimension will also be available if you request.

Hardware: To support the heavy iron doors, we will assemble the ball bearing hinges for holding the door panel and jamb. Besides,the lock hole and threshold will be prepared, flush bolt and glass latches willbe assembled. However, If you required, our doors will be installed the handles and locksets with extra charge.

Material Size	Iron Doors are made of 14 gauge steel with Iron scrollwork by 0.63 " (16 mm)  solid iron. All iron construction is to make sure your entry door is strong and durable to stand the test of time.
Glass Window	Each entry door includes doublepanel insulated glass window that open independently. This feature allows for ventilation, easy access for cleaning, and the safety to keep the visitor outside who the homeowner is talking to.
Iron Door  P rocess	M aterial selected and cut---Assemble  and Welding ---Descaling---Coarse Grinding---Sand blasting, Zinc spray---Door Adjust---Coats filler & Fine Grinding---Primer paint - --Hand f l uxing with baked on satin overcoat to protect finish - Face paint. Make the entry door is maintenance-free, and the color hardly fade.
Door  F rames	Doorframes are square and leveled before the luxurious ball bearings hinges are positioned a nd welded thereby ensuring a smooth operation of the door.
Sealed with weather stripping and injected with foam	To conserve energy and eliminate wind drafts, the iron door is sealed with weather stripping, and the entire door is injected with polyurethane insulation.
Welding	Most welding is performed from the inside in order not to alter smooth finish line.
Threshold	Thickness: 1"(25.4mm) Wrought iron threshold slopes down making sure water is flowing away outside, maintaining frame integrity during shipping and installation.
