1. Door anti-rust surface treatment:
The entry door will be given hot zinc spray, paint baking, The hot - zinc spray steel will provide the maximum strength and corrosion protection available.

2. Door quality:
Material: Mild steel, (low carbon steel )
Tube size for Jamb: 150x50x2.0mm ( 12 GA ), tube size for door is 100x50x2.0mm;
Flower picket: 14x14 mm square iron / 16x16 mm square iron
This type of material makes the product durable and long-lasting.

3. Door design:
We can manufacture any design at your specific dimensions, as well as meeting the US standard, please contact us.

4. Door Hardware:
All the entry door comes with heave duty hinge
Door Sweep between the bottom of door and threshold
Handle and lock is up to your option, we will drill a standard lock hole for buyers.

5. Door installation:
Glass panel injected with polyurethane foam, the foam expands to fill all of the air space of the doors.

6. Door glass window:
Glass panels on all iron doors are hinged, this allows for ease of cleaning and ventilation without opening the doors. All glass used on our iron doors is tempered, double panel, and insulated.

7. Door finish:
The iron doors undergo a multi-step finishing process, spraying zinc, durable polyester powder coating, hand-applied antique finishing.

Material Size Tiansheng  Iron Doors are made of 14 gauge steel with Iron scrollwork by 0.63 " (16 mm)  solid iron.
All iron construction is to make sure your entry door is strong and durable to stand the test of time.
Glass Window Each entry door includes a double panel insulated glass window that opens independently.
This feature allows for ventilation, easy access for cleaning,
and the safety to keep the visitor outside who the homeowner is talking to.
Iron Door  Process The material selected and cut---Assemble  and Welding ---Descaling---Coarse Grinding---Sand blasting,
Zinc spray---Door Adjust---Coats filler & Fine Grinding---Primer paint

Make the entry door is maintenance-free, and the color hardly fade.
Door  Frames Doorframes are square and leveled before the luxurious ball bearings hinges are positioned
a nd welded thereby ensuring a smooth operation of the door.
Sealed with weather stripping and injected with foam To conserve energy and eliminate wind drafts, the iron door is sealed with weather stripping,
and the entire door is injected with polyurethane insulation.
Welding Most welding is performed from the inside in order not to alter smooth finish line.
Threshold Thickness: 1"(25.4mm)
Wrought iron threshold slopes down making sure water is flowing away outside,
maintaining frame integrity during shipping and installation.
